How you get paid on KOVA
Buyers pay upfront, but the money sits in KOVA's escrow until the buyer confirms they received the order in good shape — or two days after the carrier marks it delivered. After that, your portion (your sale minus our 10% commission and the Stripe fee) is automatically transferred to your linked bank account. Most payouts land 2-3 business days later. This protects both you and the buyer: scammy buyers can't get a refund after receiving the product, and buyers know they won't be left empty-handed if a seller flakes.
